About the Event
Those who successfully complete the course will be able to teach a maritime competence-based course effectively using appropriate methods and teaching aids. The program includes the planning and relational aspects related to training, focusing on the characteristics of professional tutors/teachers participating in the course and the type of training provided.
The course will provide a global view of educational processes, effective use of different approaches and methods adjusted for the learning targets and trainees.
Strengthen communication skills and the relationship both for individual and classroom trainings and raise awareness about the most effective learning techniques for adults.
