Regulatory and Compliance Information​

The following information is provided in accordance with FMSC’s regulatory obligations under the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs).

AQF Certification Issuance​

In accordance with Clause 3.3, AQF certification documentation issued by FMSC will be provided within 30 calendar days of the learner being assessed as meeting the requirements of the training product, provided that:

• The learner has completed the training program in which they are enrolled; and

• All agreed fees payable to FMSC have been paid in full.

Records of AQF Certification​

In accordance with Clause 3.4, FMSC maintains records of learner AQF certification documentation in line with the requirements of Schedule 5. These records are accessible to both current and past learners.

Recognition of Prior Learning and Credit Transfer​

In accordance with Clause 3.5, FMSC accepts and provides credit for units of competency and/or modules (unless prevented by licensing or regulatory requirements) where evidence is provided in the form of:

• AQF certification documentation issued by another RTO or AQF-authorised issuing organisation; or

• Authenticated VET transcripts issued by the Registrar.

 

Nationally Recognised Training – Disclaimers​

In accordance with Clause 4.1(L), for any nationally recognised training or units of competency delivered by FMSC, we do not guarantee that:

• A learner will successfully complete a training product on FMSC’s scope of registration;

• A training product can be completed in a manner that does not meet the requirements of Clauses 1.1 and 1.2; or

• A learner will achieve a particular employment outcome where this is outside the control of FMSC.
